Specialized Treatment for Lasting Change
Whether you’re looking for a PTSD therapist, psychotherapist for anxiety, or licensed trauma specialist, I bring a compassionate and results-oriented approach to help you heal deeply.
I understand that trying therapy again can feel like reopening an old wound, but this time, we’re going to clear it out thoroughly. We’ll get to the root of it, so real healing can begin. We do this through an evidence-based approach.
- Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT)
We’ll work to shift unhelpful thoughts that keep you stuck, helping you to process your trauma more constructively.
- Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE)
Designed to face and resolve trauma by guiding you through safe and gradual exposure to trauma-related memories, emotions, and situations you’ve avoided.
- Psychotherapy for Anxiety
For those with anxiety disorders, I offer tailored treatments that ease worry and reduce panic attacks, empowering you to regain peace in daily life.
Why Not EMDR?
I know this is a common approach for PTSD therapists and trauma specialists, but it’s not the only approach. I aim to increase civilian awareness and access to CPT and PE, two gold-standard treatments for PTSD.
I always suggest that clients who feel nervous or curious about CPT listen to a documented case study on This American Life
