Evidence Based Therapy in Cleveland
Support That Goes Deeper Than Symptoms
When you are dealing with trauma or anxiety, it can affect more than your thoughts. It can impact your sleep, relationships, work, body, confidence, and ability to feel present in your own life.
In therapy, we will look at the patterns that are causing distress and use proven methods to help you process what has happened and move toward positive change in your life.

Is Therapy Right For Me?
Therapy may be a good fit if you’re experiencing:
- Panic attacks or ongoing worry
- Avoidance of people, places, memories, or situations
- Social anxiety or fear of being judged
- Trouble sleeping or feeling on edge
- Difficulty feeling safe, calm, or connected
- A sense that you are “stuck”
You don’t have to figure this out alone. Starting therapy can feel scary, especially when it comes to sharing what you’ve experienced. But what I will say is it can also be so meaningful when you find your sense of self and confidence in your life again. I would be honored to help you in that journey.

My approach is evidence-based and may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Prolonged Exposure Therapy, depending on your needs and goals.
The only insurance I currently accept is Medical Mutual for Ohio based clients.
Unfortunately, insurance companies often dictate session length, number, frequency, and so forth in therapy. Also, the confidentiality and privacy of your personal information is not guaranteed with insurance companies. I want to focus on providing the care you need, rather being restricted to what insurance approves.
